The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.245 of 2018 registered under Sections 323/34, 354, 376, 379, 427, 504 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is entering at the house of the opposite party no.2 and attempting to outrage her modesty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the opposite party no.2 is the wife of the own brother of the petitioner and due to family dispute, the present case has been

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Samastipur, in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.245 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
