The sole petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Korha P.S. case no. 214 of 2015, registered under Sections 399, 402, 395, 307/34 of the IPC and diverse penal provisions of the Arms Act as also Section 3⁄4 Explosive Substance Act. While going on motorcycle , it is alleged that accused persons intercepted and committed loot of the mobiles and other belongings . One accused was identified. In search of accuseds , informant went to the house of Naresh Mahto where the accused persons were hiding. In course of fleeing away therefrom bombs were exploded causing injury to the companions of the informant. From the impugned order it appears that in course of investigation, the incriminating materials have been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13040 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 collected against the petitioner.

Taking into account the allegations and the other attending facts/circumstances evidencing from the record , particularly, the impugned order I am not persuaded to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is, accordingly, rejected.
