Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2006 registered under Sections- 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29694 of 2006. Petitioner was residing at Ludhiyana for livelihood and his pairvikar could not take proper care of the case. As such, on the ground of misuse of privilege of bail, his bail bonds were cancelled. Petitioner had no knowledge regarding cancellation of his bail bonds. Petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2017.

No.26343 of 2017 (3) dt.29-06-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2006.
