The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 471 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a)/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

02 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the husk house of co-accused Manohar Yadav and petitioner is said to be one of the associates It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the husk house of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 471 of 2021.
