JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was subsequently added.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, referring to the First Information Report, has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Keeping in mind the fact that the petitioner is a lady as well as the nature of allegation, as contained in the First Information Report, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in

No.2862 of 2015 (3) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachhia, District-Bhagalpur in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
