The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting to the informant and his son in the background of fighting election for Mukhiya.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to political enmity. There is general and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14045 of 2022(2) dt.06-09-2022 2/2 omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The allegation of assault with sword on the head of the informant is against co-accused Shailesh Rai. The injuries have been found to be simple in nature.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 838 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
