2. The present application has been filed seeking initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 10.10.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5438 of 2020.

3. A show-cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of O.P. Nos. 4 and 6. It is categorically averred that in the light of the representation filed, the claim of the petitioner was duly considered and accordingly, an amount of Rs. 2,72,497/- has been credited in his account on 15.03.2023.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the claim of the petitioner has not been considered in the manner, which was required to be done and he is still aggrieved with the action of the respondents.

5. Having considered the submission advanced and the averments made in the show-cause affidavit, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to continue with the present proceeding. Accordingly, the present proceeding stands closed.

6. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he can resort to remedies available under the law.
