1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant alleges that Priyanka and Pankaj had deposited cheque of Rs. 2,00,000/- each for opening five year TD Account in SBI, Sutapatti Branch on 19.04.2022, it is next alleged that on inquiry it was found that the customers were issued passbook showing deposit of Rs. 20,00,000/-, thus alleges that Department was put to loss of Rs. 18,00,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the FIR came to be instituted in a mechanical manner, it is also submitted that no doubt the passbook recorded showing deposit of Rs. 20,00,000/- but then it was a typographical error committed and no loss was caused to the Department.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 743 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that the defect as pointed out by the Office shall be removed from tomorrow.
