The petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani P.S. Case No. 377 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

542.67 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick-up van and petitioner is alleged to have fled away after seeing the police party.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question. Petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 377 of 2021.
