2. This application has been filed for modification of the bail order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80291 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that six weeks' time was granted to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Court, but the counsel and clerk in the concerned Court have not given proper information regarding aforesaid order to the petitioners, therefore, petitioners could not

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection for the same.

5. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in the application, the present Modification Application stands allowed.

6. Further four weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court concerned.

7. Accordingly, the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80291 of 2024, stands modified to the above extent.
