Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

According to FIR, the firing of this petitioner caused injury to informant as well as to Bageshwari Prasad Dwivedi, a passer by. The Doctor has found grievous injury on the person of Bageshwari Prasad Dwivedi caused by firearm injury at his neck. The Doctor has found simple injury on non-vital part of the body of the informant caused by firearm.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or after four months from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhabhua Police Station Case No.700 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
