1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for direction to the police authority to consider the representation filed by the petitioner regarding the son of the petitioner being kidnapped by some unknown persons on 20.01.2022 from the Turki Market, where he had gone for purchasing some stationary items. It has further been prayed for a direction to the police to make
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.316 of 2022(3) dt.08-09-2023 2/3 proper enquiry in the First Information Report lodged against the son of the petitioner in Siwaipatti Police Station Case No. 13 of 2022, dated 24.01.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that son of the petitioner, namely, Aakash Kumar @ Abhishek Kumar, had gone to the market on 20.01.2022, from where he disappeared and upon enquiry, local shopkeepers informed that informant's son was being assaulted by some unknown persons, who had forcibly taken him on a Bolero car.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that the son of the petitioner, while he was planning to commit crime along with his associate, namely, Vikky Yadav, was arrested on 24.01.2022 by Shamim Akhtar Hawari, Station House Officer, Siwaipatti Police Station along with loaded pistol and other article.
5. Further, the son of the petitioner was sent to jail and after investigation, chargesheet was submitted. However, learned counsel for the State submits that Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarters, Muzaffarpur has sent a letter to the Station House Officer, Minapur regarding representation filed by the petitioner on
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.316 of 2022(3) dt.08-09-2023 3/3 22.01.2022 and has directed the Station House Officer to submit a report regarding the representation, dated 22.01.2022.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the fact involved in this case, the writ application is disposed with direction to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarters, Muzaffarpur to ensure that the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.01.2022, regarding disappearance of the petitioner's son on 20.01.2022 from the market, be disposed by the concerned Station House Officer within a reasonable time in accordance with law.
7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed.
