Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2018. He has got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is that he was sitting on the tempo from which liquor was recovered. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14032 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kaluahi Police Station Case No.202 of 2018, corresponding to G.R.No.2062 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
