This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No.177 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 21 (1-b)/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

About 8.5 grams of brown sugar has been recovered from the petitioner, who is in custody since 01.09.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the recovery of intermediate quantity of brown sugar and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19037 of 2024(6) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, NDPS, Bhagalpur, in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No.177 of 2023.

This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Ishakchak Police Station, DistrictBhagalpur on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
