The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.201 of 2017, a case under Sections 406/420/341/323/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner had taken loan from the informant on the occasion of marriage of his daughter. Thereafter, he did not refund the loan on demand and subsequent allegation is of subsequent occurrence of commission of assault and threat. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

No.3961 of 2018 (2) dt.19-01-2018 P2/ where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
