The appellant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Maker P.S.Case No121 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379,504, 506 and34 of the Indian Penal and Section 3(1)(N)(S) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. .

Allegation against the appellant is that in drunken condition he started abusing the father of the informant and also assaulted him and when informant went to save him, he was also assaulted by bamboo stick as well as snatched Rs.5,000/-. Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and the injury report shows that the injuries are simple in nature.

APP (SJ) No.790 of 2019 dt.06-03-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the appellants, let the appellant surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court and if possible to be disposed of on the same day.
