2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No.267 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 420,467,468,471,120(B) of the I.P.C

3. Prosecution case in short is that, the informant alleges that Panchayat teacher Ranjana Kumari acting in collusion with the then-prevailing recruitment unit and other unidentified individuals fabricated a mark-sheet; subsequently, by utilizing this forged document as genuine, she fraudulently secured employment through a criminal conspiracy to illegally obtain an appointment. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and she has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel appearing

No.14863 of 2026(3) dt.29-04-2026 2/3 on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and till date no departmental proceeding was initiated against her. Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that one Nilam Kumari similarly situated as the petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10729 of 2026.

5. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. On the same allegation another FIR was lodged bearing Rasulpur P.S. Case No.181 of 2025 in which the accused was one Nilam Kumari. Even Nilam Kumari was alleged to have obtained job of Government Teacher on the basis of forged document. Similar allegation has also been levelled against the petitioner of this case. Nilam Kumari similarly situated as the petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10729 of 2026.

7. Under these circumstances and also taking into account the fact that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and till date no departmental proceeding has been initiated against her, I am also inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran, Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No.267 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and with following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation/trial.

(ii) the learned Court would, however, verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and in case it is found that the petitioner has concealed her criminal antecedent, the Court below shall take step for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. However, it is expected that the verification process would be done expeditiously without causing any delay. (Alok Kumar Sinha, J) Prakash Narayan U T
