The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that accused persons including petitioner variously armed abused the husband of the informant and on protest being made on the order of petitioner Chhote Paswan, Ganesh Paswan (non-petitioner) fired which caused injury on the knee and toe of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that no overtact has been alleged against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5608 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 petitioners and there is a counter version of the occurrence. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Noorsarai P.S.
