Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No.38 of 2017, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that approximately 27 liters of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from one of the rooms of the petitioner's house. However, another co-accused Shatrudhan Rai apprehended at the spot admits that it was kept by him, petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.12.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Vijay Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
