JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------ 12-04-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner appears and submits that the present application, which has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on behalf of the petitioner regarding the initiation of the proceeding under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure vide order dated 30.10.2013 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in Case No.342(M) of 2013, in fact, has become infructuous due to disposing of the proceeding under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the Executive Magistrate. In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
