The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 9 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence in which name of the petitioner transpired during investigation and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the
