The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 417 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 34 of the IPC. The prosecution case relates to abduction of informant's daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. They have got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the victim girl recovered and did not state the complicity of the petitioners in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14619 of 2022(3) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 her statement recorded under section 164 of Cr.P.C. It is apparent from Annexure 3 series that good sense has been prevailed between the parties and no grievance remained between them. Petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 14.11.2021.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 417 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran.
