The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 504, 506, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case in short is that the informant Kauleshwar Kumar got registry of 49 1⁄2 decimal of land bearing khata no.50 and plot no.373 from the Sugni Devi on 13.07.2018 of Mangan Bigha but on that land these accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11774 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 persons got possession illegally and forcibly on the said land and they always used to give threatening that they would also kill and would possession over his house. It is also alleged that these accused persons are of powerful persons and they have also murdered his uncle earlier on 19.06.2003 in which they have named accused persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the occurrence took place on 13.07.2018 and F.I.R. was lodged on 02.02.2019.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
