Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are agnates of the informant. For land dispute, petitioner Puhup Lal Mandal is alleged to have caused injury at the head of the informant with Farsa. Submission is that the petitioners are in custody since 17.10.2017 and 07.11.2017 respectively. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2484 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Narpatganj Police Station Case No.324 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
