2. The petitioner seeks modification in paragraph 41 of the judgment dated 27.08.2024 passed in a batch of writ petitions, the lead case being C.W.J.C. No. 644 of 2023.

3. Paragraph 41 of the judgment reads as follows :

"CWJC No. 20846 of 2018 projects the case of only one petitioner, who was in service while the takeover was effected and who was regularised as per Annexure-P/35 in CWJC No. 10463 of 2018. He has retired in December, 2021 and would be entitled to pension under the Old Pension Scheme."

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the date of retirement of the petitioner/Mahashottam Jha is 31.12.2011 and not 31.12.2021.

5. Let the date of retirement of the petitioner/Mahashottam Jha in paragraph 41 of the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.52 of 2025(3) dt.30-04-2025 3/3 judgment, referred to above, be read as 31.12.2011.

6. The judgment, referred to above, stands modified to the extent indicated above.

7. The review petition stands disposed off.
