ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in University P.S. case No.2 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
