2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137 ( 2 ), 87 and 3(5) of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Hakin Sah alleged that on 02.07.2024 at around 3:00 PM , his wife Lalmati Devi went Gyaspur for marketing but did not return . It is further alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped wife of informant . The victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS 2023 has supported the prosecution case and stated that this petitioner forcibly established physical relation with her and also threatened her and made obscene video of her and
