====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bairgania P.S.Case No. 110 of 2014, registered under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation as per F.I.R. lodged by the informant is that his son-in-law always used to make payment of dowry and also used to torture his daughter. It is also alleged that the accused persons killed his daughter due to non fulfillment of dowry.

It is submitted that the F.I.R. itself indicates that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she was subjected to torture due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.8606 of 2018(6) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S.Case No. 110 of 2014.
