2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 03.04.2013 passed in Complaint Case No. 676(C) of 2011, whereby the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Danapur, frame the charges, under Sections 323, 341 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, against the petitioner.

3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality in the impugned order amounting to abuse of the process of the court for interference in inherent jurisdiction under Section
