02. 27.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, Informant and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Basantpur P.S. Case No. 301 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Sri M.K. Srivastwa, Judicial Magistrate, Basantpur, Siwan (or its successor). Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend them privilege of anticipatory bail.
