Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 13.10.2017, the petitioner was allowed provisional bail on the undertaking of the petitioner that he would refund the consideration money to the complainant. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned for three months. Today, prayer is for further eight weeks time to refund the money.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36183 of 2017 (4) dt.16-01-2018 Prayer is allowed with condition that if the petitioner would not refund the money within eight weeks, the court below shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioner and proceed accordingly.
