JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27048 of 2019 by which, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to illness, petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated time. In view of the aforesaid facts, eight weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below. Accordingly, the order dated 17.07.2019 stands modified to the above extent.
