JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sri Nagar P.S. Case No.64 of 2014, a case under Sections 307/302/379 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault to different persons as a result whereof one Suresh Sharma died.

Submission is that there is case and counter case and other co-accused persons Rajeshwar Sharma and others have already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9822 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2858 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 P2/ Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
