The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.12.2021, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 40902 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that due to communication gap, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 07.12.2021, passed
