JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents- Authority to make compliance of the order dated 30.12.2013, passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Biharsharif in B.LD.R. Case No. 47/2013-14, whereby and where under the Deputy Collector Land Reforms directed the Circle Officer, Noorsarai to measure the land of the petitioner and accordingly the petitioner be put in possession over the same.
(ii) For further direction to the Respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.1888 of 2015(3) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 Police Officer to provide necessary police force to the Circle Officer, Noorsarai who has to make compliance of the order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, in compliance of the order dated 30.12.2013 passed in B.L.D.R. Case No. 47/2013-14.
(iii) For further direction to the RespondentsAuthority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within the time frame."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the legal heirs of the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of their grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.
