The petitioner seeks bail in Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. It has been further submitted that the FIR is against unknown and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.05.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14940 of 2018(3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Purnia in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017.
