The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged that 100 litres of Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 310 of 2017.
