2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that two stolen motorcycle were recovered from the house of the petitioner namely Md. Israj.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is apparent from seizure list that no copy of seizure list was given to any family members of the petitioner and also in the entire case diary there is no material found regarding complicity of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that recovery of two motorcycle was from the house of this petitioner.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
