JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 This application has been filed for extension of time to surrender and furnishing bond by the petitioner who was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 25960 of 2014.

It is submitted that due to improper information the petitioner could not surrender within time granted by this Court. Considering the facts and circumstance, time to surrender before the court below, i.e., learned C.J.M, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P. S. Case no. 156 of 2012 is extended till 30.3.2015 To the above extent, the order dated 22.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 25960 of 2014 stands modified.
