This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Goreakothi P.S. Case No.255 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 103 of the B.N.S. 2023 but the charge-sheet has been submitted under section 105 of the B.N.S. 2023.

The petitioner is said to have killed the daughter of the informant.

The petitioner was made accused in a case registered under section 103 of the B.N.S., 2023. Subsequently, the charge-sheet was submitted under section 105 of the B.N.S. 2023 finding the case to be culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan / concerned Court below, in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No.255 of 2024, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear through his advocate or himself on the dates fixed in the trial.
