Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of dacoity is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Parshuram Yadav which is evident from the impugned order.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and the person who had confessed before the police, namely, Parshuram Yadav and similarly situated coaccused, has already been allowed bail vide order dated 26.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46119 of 2014.
