JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-06-2020 For the reasons stated in this application, let Cr. Misc. No. 2875/2020 be restored to it's original file. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects were removed on 26.01.2020, there was a delay of one day in compliance of the order.

Be that as it may, this Court has already restored the application. In case, any defect still remains the petitioner will have an opportunity to remove the same within three weeks from the date of start of the normal functioning of the Court. This application stands disposed off.
