2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 394 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, for a loot of Rs. 14,01,500/- from the Airtel Payments Bank one case bearing Sherghati P.S. Case No. 393 of 2024 was registered. The criminals while committing the loot has shot the victim also and the looted articles have been recovered from the co-accused, who has named the petitioner as one of the co-accused in that case.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2025 and the the bail application of the petitioner arising out of Sherghati P.S. Case No. 393 of 2024 has been rejected vide order daated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20378 of 2026(2) dt.31-03-2026 2/2 17.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18 of 2026.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
