Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault on the son of the informant by means of sword. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation of assault against the petitioner by means of sword but there is no injury report on record in support of the same. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the fact that there is no injury report on record to prove the allegation against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above

No.15305 of 2023(2) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P. S. Case No. 132 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
