The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 242 C of 2015 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 466 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the case arises out of a complaint and the dispute is of civil nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12010 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in Complaint Case No. 242 C of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
