In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.221 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and opened fire upon him, as a result of which, he sustained bullet injury in stomach. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
