Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of attempt to rape against the petitioner, I do not feel it proper to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Halsi P.S. case no. 109/2014 pending in the court of Sri Om Shanker, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Lakhisarai stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
