Advocate -5, submits that it appears that due to inadvertence, the petitioner without availing remedy of appeal, has directly approached this Court. He makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that petitioner may avail the statutory remedy.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to avail statutory remedy.

It goes without saying that the period consumed by
