JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Petitioners being uncle, aunt and brothers of the husband of the daughter of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that as per the own admission of the informant the marriage of the daughter of the informant was performed 10-11 years prior to the death of the victim. There is omnibus and general accusation against the entire in-laws family. It is further submitted that informant admitted that on 13.08.2015 he came to know that the victim is traceless and her dead body was recovered on 14.08.2015 but the complaint was filed on 18.08.2015 which came to be registered as police case on

Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the own admission of the informant that victim died after 10-11 years of the marriage, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
