KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that allegation is theft of motorcycle. Petitioners are not named in the FIR. Their name has surfaced in course of investigation. No motorcycle has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are in jail custody since 28.04.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties
